Div. 4 has voted to let auto shifters be legal at the bracket finals in no e I think we need to go ahead and let them be legal at our track. I guess we need to vote on this.

If NHRA is going to allow it at the Bracket finals then we should also. That way our racers will have the same advantage if any that the racers from other tracks have. One way to look at it is what is the difference between having a air or electric shift aid on a Hurst or one of the other aftermarket type shifters in your Nova than someone having a new car with the FACTORY computer shifting these new electric controlled autos I raced a 94 Vette for several years and with a little work it was hard to beat it for shifting the same every run. All that car needed was the same thing the roadster needs now , someone to drive it . But we all seem to have a touch of that every once in a while. Just my opinion , since I have raced both classes I can see nothing wrong with allowing the auto shifters in N/E. See yall in a couple weeks Looks like the Easter Bunny will help me work on the car this weekend , Mark

I think its a good idea so JJ and Jerome can keep both hands on the steering wheel. Dont want them to run over me when their tires wear out.

Well I guess we could have no-e run points dist. that way there would be no elect. The only reason we made it legal is to mirror the bracket finals rules.
